you agree

agreement, 2) that you authorize Aileen Kane the use of all
information, written
descriptions and photo's of your listing, 3) that your listing will be
placed for 30 days at no charge, 4) that photo's and descriptions may
be edited for size, space and conformity, 5) that you will hold us
harmless in any dispute arising from this agreement, 6) that upon our
selling your listed property, you agree to pay the commission stated in
MLS, 7) to keep us immediately informed of any and all changes in the
listing, 8) to waive any copyrights restrictions related to our use of
your listing/s data, 9) that we reserve the right to remove your
listing from FloridaCondosAndTownhouses.com at any time for any
reason.,
